HAITI is a tandem kayak designed for calm seas
and/or lakes. Large front and rear compartments are topped with rubber
hatch lids, 18" X 11" front, and 10" diameter rear. Equipped with foam/fiberglass
bulkheads and footrests which can be adjusted while seated in the cockpit.
The Haiti is fitted with a ergonomic seat , which can be re-positioned forward
or back. The cockpit rim is dropped and the boat comes fitted with comfortable
backrests (not shown). This boat
is fast, tracks straight, and turns easily. The squared off stern with
concave deck provides excellent stability, and boarding over the stern
following a capsize is easily accomplished. Fitted with bow life lines,
deck elastics, and carrying toggles this kayak may be car-topped and has
plenty of cargo space.
